This is in part thanks to his knowledge and experience of sailing yachts as an ex-Captain of some years on CYCLOS II & III, in addition to the Superyacht Regatta racing which he has continued to take part in over the last twenty years.
Having come ashore in 2005 in a dual role as Project Manager and Sales Broker, he has shown that having a detailed understanding of Superyacht ownership in addition to the Sales & Purchase contract are essential ingredients to conclude a successful sale.
Will’s upfront and honest approach with his Clients coupled with his acumen for negotiation have proven to be key assets to have on any Owners Team, whether that be acquiring a new Superyacht or selling a treasured asset.

Alex was the Founder and Chairman of a leading Yachting Company until it’s sale in 2009 after 37 years at the helm. As a former member of MYBA and its second ever President, Alex has been instrumental in championing some of the fundamental principles of ethical yacht broking across the spectrum of Sales, Charter and Management of Superyachts. He has a diversified set of interests including Encompass Trust a Charity set up to help bridge relationships between Israeli and Palestinian youth.
His worldwide reputation and achievements in the yachting industry are still highly revered amongst experienced professionals.

Yves was the Head of the Yacht Management Department of Monaco based Y.CO for 9 years. During that time , Yves oversaw the expansion of the fleet from a medium to a large size company with yachts ranging from 30 to 130m in length. More recently, he was involved with one of the World’s largest private yachting fleets based in the UAE where he served as Fleet Operations Manager for a couple of years.

Nora has been in the Superyacht Industry for over 9 years, working with vessels of all sizes ranging from 30m to 110m. Her super positive attitude, calm understanding of others and supportive nature has helped her gain the trust and respect of a multitude of Captains and Superyacht Owners alike.
She has developed a clear passion for yachts and traveling and finds herself regularly visiting a variety of yachting destinations around the world. Her excellent communications skills, dedication and attention to detail have also allowed her to create a meaningful relationship with all crew members onboard, no matter what their position.

David’s 20 + year career in yachting began as crew, culminating in the Captaincy of the iconic J Class yacht “Rainbow”,cruising and racing extensively in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Pacific.
Having managed racing programs, refits and acting as the owner ́s representative through several sales has given him an in-depth working knowledge of the industry and vast experience on a variety of highly technical yachts. Clients benefit from his extensive knowledge and hands on expertise.
With a strong client focussed approach to the sales process, David is well known for his efficient administration and fastidious eye for detail and is well versed in exceeding owner ́s expectations and requirements having built a solid reputation as a trusted yacht advisor.
Living in Mallorca with his young family, he has recently joined Superyacht Partners as a Sales Broker, David still follows his passion for the sea, actively participating in Superyacht regattas and sailing whenever possible. He looks forward to working with clients to realise their dreams in yachting.

Julian Calder

Since 1995 Julian has successfully undertaken many roles in the industry, including Captain, Engineer, Project Manager, Sales Broker and also owned his own 40ft sailboat boat for many years.
In 2007, he helped set up the London Office of Fraser Yachts, one of the largest brokerage houses in the world.
During his 9 year tenure in London, he sold multiple new construction projects, brokerage vessels and assorted charters. Three years as client representative for new construction projects in both Holland and Italy gave him valuable insight into every aspect of the boat building process and solidified his technical and legal knowledge.
Julian’s legal, commercial and operational expertise allow him evaluate every angle of the sale, purchase and operation of a vessel and advise on the process with authority. Together with his passion for matching the right boat to the right buyer, you can be sure that Julian has every angle covered.

Gemma Necchi

Gemma has over fifteen years experience at the highest level in the Superyacht Industry both onboard and ashore. Gemma’s professionalism, attention to detail and organisational skills naturally lead her into a career as Purser and towards the end of her time onboard she was managing the accounts, operations, itineraries, logistics, client relations and crew on vessels up to 139 meters.
Her career took her all over the world, cruising far flung destinations on both sail and power vessels of all sizes. The years spent circumnavigating the globe have given her the knowledge and experience necessary to be able to design outstanding charter itineraries. Equally importantly she has been able to develop the intuition required to be able to successfully match the right clients to the right boat and the right crew.
Gemma has extensive knowledge of many fantastic cruising grounds including the Eastern and Western Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, East and West Coast USA and Mexico, Costa Rica, the Galapagos Islands, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Tahiti, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and the UAE.
Gemma’s industry knowledge, operational experience and organisational expertise allow her to negotiate every aspect of yacht charter, exceeding client expectations every time.
