Will has gained a reputation as one of the leading sail yacht brokers in the industry, which has been achieved primarily by the personal commitment and professionalism that he brings to the sales process.

This is in part thanks to his knowledge and experience of sailing yachts as an ex-Captain of some years on CYCLOS II & III, in addition to the Superyacht Regatta racing which he has continued to take part in over the last twenty years.

Having come ashore in 2005 in a dual role as Project Manager and Sales Broker, he has shown that having a detailed understanding of Superyacht ownership in addition to the Sales & Purchase contract are essential ingredients to conclude a successful sale.

Will’s upfront and honest approach with his Clients coupled with his acumen for negotiation have proven to be key assets to have on any Owners Team, whether that be acquiring a new Superyacht or selling a treasured asset.

Matt has spent 16 years in the industry, and has developed a very loyal group of clients who turn to him for all their yachting needs. He has a natural flair for negotiation always achieving excellent deals for his clients.

Matt’s track record of sales has demonstrated outstanding commitment with well over 50 Superyachts sold, both motor and sail with a cumulative deal value in excess of 600,000,000€.

As a trusted and principled Broker who is respected by his peers, his unrivaled knowledge of yachts both on and off the market sets him apart, one of the key reasons why his Clients turn to him for advice and guidance.

His Dutch heritage and encompassing love for the sea has brought Axel to what he is doing today: Matchmaking buyers and sellers of large, high value pleasure crafts who have the desire to transact.

Yves has been working in the superyacht industry for 25 years, both on-board Superyachts and ashore. Starting as a Junior deck crew he worked his way all through the ranks which culminated with him obtaining his Master 3000 licence; serving as a First Officer and then as Captain on a number of prestigious yachts before eventually moving ashore to be closer to his growing family.

Yves was the Head of the Yacht Management Department of Monaco based Y.CO for 9 years. During that time , Yves oversaw the expansion of the fleet from a medium to a large size company with yachts ranging from 30 to 130m in length. More recently, he was involved with one of the World’s largest private yachting fleets based in the UAE where he served as Fleet Operations Manager for a couple of years.

Emina has worked for 15 years in accounting and for the past 12 years has specialised in Superyachts, both in terms of project specific accounting and operational yacht accounting. During this time Emina has enjoyed working on the financial reporting for several large refit projects with an individual project values between 5M € and 20M € and has also been responsible for operational yacht financials with annual expenditures up to 10M€/year.

Emina always strives to improve and simplify financial procedures, ensuring ease and accuracy of data capture for the end user and relevant reporting and transparency in line with Individual Client’s requirements. With her attention to detail and reliable nature, Emina is an extremely valuable addition to our Superyacht Family Office.

Nora has been in the Superyacht Industry for over 9 years, working with vessels of all sizes ranging from 30m to 110m. Her super positive attitude, calm understanding of others and supportive nature has helped her gain the trust and respect of a multitude of Captains and Superyacht Owners alike.

She has developed a clear passion for yachts and traveling and finds herself regularly visiting a variety of yachting destinations around the world. Her excellent communications skills, dedication and attention to detail have also allowed her to create a meaningful relationship with all crew members onboard, no matter what their position.

Nora’s problem-solving attitude has helped win her a very loyal following and on the very rare occasion that she can’t actually help you herself, she certainly has the industry-wide connections to find you someone who can!

Alizée has been working in the Yachting Industry for the past 7 years. She started in 2015 at the Monaco Yacht Club where she first discovered the world of superyachts as an assistant Marina Manager. Once she had firmly caught the bug, she decided to advance her career by going to sea and working as a tender driver onboard the 70m support vessel M/V Garçon. This resulted in her traveling the world for the next 5 years and visiting some of the very best destinations on the Superyacht World map.

Upon her return, after another stint back at the Monaco Yacht Club, in a client facing role looking after the Members, she decided to join the Superyacht Partners Family Office in the heart of Monaco.

Today being part of the SP team allows her to grow and apply her experience to different aspects of the industry, notably with a particular focus on our social media presence.

David’s 20 + year career in yachting began as crew, culminating in the Captaincy of the iconic J Class yacht “Rainbow”,cruising and racing extensively in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and Pacific.

Having managed racing programs, refits and acting as the owner ́s representative through several sales has given him an in-depth working knowledge of the industry and vast experience on a variety of highly technical yachts. Clients benefit from his extensive knowledge and hands on expertise.

With a strong client focussed approach to the sales process, David is well known for his efficient administration and fastidious eye for detail and is well versed in exceeding owner ́s expectations and requirements having built a solid reputation as a trusted yacht advisor.

Living in Mallorca with his young family, he has recently joined Superyacht Partners as a Sales Broker, David still follows his passion for the sea, actively participating in Superyacht regattas and sailing whenever possible. He looks forward to working with clients to realise their dreams in yachting.

Since 1995 Julian has successfully undertaken many roles in the industry, including Captain, Engineer, Project Manager, Sales Broker and also owned his own 40ft sailboat boat for many years.

In 2007, he helped set up the London Office of Fraser Yachts, one of the largest brokerage houses in the world.

During his 9 year tenure in London, he sold multiple new construction projects, brokerage vessels and assorted charters. Three years as client representative for new construction projects in both Holland and Italy gave him valuable insight into every aspect of the boat building process and solidified his technical and legal knowledge.

Julian’s legal, commercial and operational expertise allow him evaluate every angle of the sale, purchase and operation of a vessel and advise on the process with authority. Together with his passion for matching the right boat to the right buyer, you can be sure that Julian has every angle covered.   

Gemma has over fifteen years experience at the highest level in the Superyacht Industry both onboard and ashore. Gemma’s professionalism, attention to detail and organisational skills naturally lead her into a career as Purser and towards the end of her time onboard she was managing the accounts, operations, itineraries, logistics, client relations and crew on vessels up to 139 meters.

Her career took her all over the world, cruising far flung destinations on both sail and power vessels of all sizes. The years spent circumnavigating the globe have given her the knowledge and experience necessary to be able to design outstanding charter itineraries. Equally importantly she has been able to develop the intuition required to be able to successfully match the right clients to the right boat and the right crew.

Gemma has extensive knowledge of many fantastic cruising grounds including the Eastern and Western Mediterranean, the Caribbean, the Bahamas, East and West Coast USA and Mexico, Costa Rica, the Galapagos Islands, Cocos (Keeling) Islands, Tahiti, Fiji, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand and the UAE.
