Acala is a 31.1 metre (102 ft) steel‑hull, aluminium‑superstructure explorer yacht built by Cantiere delle Marche and delivered in 2015. As part of the Darwin 102 class, she offers an exceptional volume (244 GT) for her size and is engineered for global cruising with ease and comfort. Her displacement hull and bulbous bow allow for a smooth ride in diverse conditions, making her equally at home in remote anchorages or refined marinas. The layout includes five guest cabins for up to 12 guests, plus crew accommodation, combining family‑friendly flexibility with serious performance.

The Ultimate Pocket Explorer
Acala’s exterior design by HydroTec delivers both capability and style. Her steel hull supports long‑range voyaging, while the aluminium superstructure cuts weight above deck. Walk‑around decks and a spacious sun deck provide multiple zones for lounging and socialising, including a jacuzzi and sun‑pads. Under her large swim platform lies a deep lazarette customised for diving gear and tenders, enhancing her adventure credentials. With a draft of just 2.3 m (7’7”), she offers access to shallower anchorages than many explorer yachts in her class.

Comfortably Relaxed
Interior styling by Simon Hamui brings an elegant yet purposeful aesthetic to Acala. Rich walnut, hand‑stitched leathers, refined hardware and high‑quality fabrics are paired with clever layout design to support both laid‑back and formal living. Five guest cabins on the lower deck include a forward master suite, two VIP doubles aft and two twin cabins amidships, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests. The salon flows into dining and social areas, while large windows, climate‑controlled outdoor lounge spaces and seamless interior‑exterior transitions elevate the onboard experience.
