OHANA is a 50-metre sailing yacht built by Fitzroy Yachts in New Zealand and delivered in 2012. Designed by the acclaimed Dubois Naval Architects with interiors by the renowned British studio Alleso Interiors, she seamlessly blends sailing performance with contemporary luxury. Constructed in aluminium, she is the largest yacht ever launched by Fitzroy and remains one of the largest sloop-rigged sailing yachts afloat today. OHANA has been immaculately maintained and refitted in 2022, ensuring she remains in prime condition. Her sailing credentials are matched by her proven charter record and global cruising capabilities. With a beam of 9.96 metres and a draught of 4.9 metres, she delivers stability under sail and comfort at anchor. Designed for both family cruising and high-end charter, she accommodates up to 10 guests in five cabins and carries a crew of eight. OHANA is MCA-compliant and built to Lloyd's Register classification, reinforcing her suitability for both private and commercial use. Her clean lines, expansive deck spaces, and attention to interior detail make her a standout in the 50-metre sailing segment.

Sleek lines and superb sailing performance
OHANA’s exterior design by Dubois Naval Architects emphasises elegance and performance. Built in aluminium and featuring a high-performance sloop rig, she is equipped with a Southern Spars carbon fibre mast and boom, paired with a sail wardrobe by North Sails. Her minimalist profile belies her substantial size and capability. The foredeck features a spacious sunbathing area and ample room for tender storage, while her expansive aft deck hosts a generous al fresco dining area and social space, shaded by a removable bimini. Aft steps lead down to a well-designed swim platform, creating a seamless connection to the sea for guests. The deck layout prioritises ease of sail handling and guest enjoyment, with clean sight lines, flush hatches, and wide teak decks enhancing both function and style. OHANA is equally capable of comfortable family cruising or spirited regatta participation. She underwent a significant rig and paint refit in 2022, keeping her appearance and performance in top form. With her efficient hull form and strong sailing credentials, she offers thrilling passages under sail without sacrificing onboard luxury or space.
