Presence is a 39.4 metre (approx. 129 ft) full displacement explorer motor yacht built by Cantiere delle Marche in Italy, with delivery expected in 2026. She’s constructed with a steel hull, aluminium superstructure and teak decks, combining strength and durability with high end finish. Designed by Hydro Tec (naval architecture and exterior) and styled internally by Giorgio M. Cassetta, she accommodates up to 12 guests across 5 cabins, with crew quarters for around 7–8. With a maximum speed around 13.5 knots and a quoted range of approximately 5,000 nautical miles at 10 knots, she offers serious ocean going capability without sacrificing luxury and comfort. Her purpose is clear: to merge true expedition readiness with the onboard amenities and styling of a modern yacht—whether cruising remote seas or enjoying refined Mediterranean anchorages.

Modern Explorer Lines
The exterior of Presence conveys both strength and elegance. Her steel hull features a bulbous bow and displacement form factor engineered to handle open sea conditions with comfort and stability. With an 8.0 metre beam and approximately 2.5 metre draft, she manages to combine substantial volume with relatively accessible anchoring. Deck spaces are generous and thoughtfully zoned: a large main cockpit aft opens via wide stair access to the expansive swim platform/beach club, while the upper decks and sundeck offer combinations of al fresco dining, lounging and observation zones. One standout feature is a fully enclosed or semi enclosed sundeck lounge which can operate in colder or warmer climates, allowing flexibility in different environments. Removable railings, transformer stairs and swim platform systems add to her usability as a beach club style leisure platform, while the hull form and deck engineering ensure she is built for more than just anchor side relaxation.

Contemporary comfort embedded in expedition design.
Inside Presence, spaces are designed for long term live aboard comfort as well as elegant guest presentation. The main saloon and dining area flow outward to the aft deck, and large glazing ensures strong natural light and a sense of connection to the sea. The sun deck’s enclosed lounge provides a versatile space that can serve as observation lounge, gym or informal social area. Guest quarters consist of a full beam owner’s suite plus four additional cabins, each cabin designed with flexibility in mind (for example, convertible twin/double or Pullman berths) so that the layout adapts to different guest party compositions. Crew accommodation is arranged to support the yacht’s dual role of cruising and expedition, with dedicated quarters and access zones. Materials, finishes and furnishings reflect a modern aesthetic: bright, open, uncluttered spaces with attention to durability and ease of maintenance. Although built for expedition use, none of the luxury feel is compromised.
