Luna - The 115m expedition yacht Luna underwent major works at Lloyd Werft — a project that showcased the yard’s strength in large-scale structural modification, systems upgrades and high-luxury outfitting. The yard’s ability to work on such a complex, globally recognised explorer yacht reinforced its position as a top-tier engineering partner in the 100m+ category. Solaris - The 140m+ Solaris was constructed at Lloyd Werft and stands as one of the most technologically advanced yachts afloat. With cutting-edge propulsion, security and systems integration, Solaris demonstrates the yard’s capacity to deliver extraordinary, technically ambitious mega-yachts at the highest level of engineering sophistication.

Apex

Apex is Lloyd Werft’s 115-metre explorer-class concept designed to appeal to owners seeking a truly go-anywhere yacht, capable of long-range cruises to remote corners of the planet. With a massive steel-built “ice-going” bow — nearly four decks high — and exterior styling by The A Group (Monaco), Apex embodies ruggedness and sea-keeping ability, engineered to handle heavy weather and harsh conditions with confidence. The interior layout and amenities are designed to deliver uncompromising luxury and flexibility alongside expedition-grade capability. With a beam of 18.5 metres and approximately 8,000 gross tons, Apex offers around 2,400 m² of interior volume, hosting up to 22 guests and 48 crew. The stern features expansive open-deck spaces, an infinity pool merging with the helideck “party deck,” and two 20-metre tenders stored in bespoke garages with crane launch systems. Interior highlights include dual salons (one with dining for 26, another as a cinema/entertainment room), a spa with gym and massage facilities, and a multifunction room which can serve as an infirmary — reflecting the yacht’s expedition-ready DNA matched with true superyacht comfort.

Albatross

The Albatross concept from Lloyd Werft is a bold statement in sustainable superyacht design — a 125-metre sailing catamaran conceived with the aim of dramatically reducing environmental impact. By combining rigid “wingsail” technology, solar panels and vertical wind turbines, Albatross is designed to cut energy consumption and CO₂ emissions by roughly 40 % compared with a conventional yacht of similar size. Onboard amenities are conceived to rival the most luxurious motor yachts: Albatross includes a lateral aft-deck infinity pool, a beach club with twin swim platforms, multiple salons and dining areas, a gym and spa — all within a layout customised to the owner’s preferences. She accommodates 14 guests and up to 46 crew, with substantial tender garages (for electric and conventional tenders and Jet Skis), a helipad (with provision for future electric-powered aircraft), and flexible “anchor mode” and “sailing mode” propulsion schemes that prioritise sustainability without compromising versatility.
